Who is 3Beam?
We are an imaging service provider to dentists, maxillofacial and ENT surgeons. We believe everyone should have access to the best medical imaging to support accurate diagnosis and optimal patient care.
We are led by a partnership of experienced professionals who are passionate about healthcare, with a strong focus on delivering excellent patient outcomes and a seamless, user-friendly experience for referrers. Our leadership team includes UK-trained clinicians and allied healthcare professionals.
In addition to our core dental and maxillofacial imaging services, we also offer advanced body composition and bone health assessments through our DEXA London service, supporting both preventative health and clinical decision-making.

Dr Emil Gadimali MBBS MBA
The founder at 3Beam, Dr Emil is medically trained having practiced at various London NHS hospitals (Chelsea and Westminster, UCLH, Ealing Hospital) and an entrepreneur at heart, who previously advised pharmaceutical/biotech companies on strategy as part of IQVIA.
Alongside 3Beam, he also founded CutKilo, an innovative telehealth service helping patients achieve sustainable weight loss through doctor-supervised treatment and lifestyle support.
Passionate about delivering high quality care, Dr Emil read medicine at King’s College London and holds an MBA from Imperial College London.
Ashir Patel
Ashir has a BSc in Diagnostic Radiography from University of Hertfordshire. After qualifying, Ashir worked at a major NHS trust for 18 years and gained numerous clinical and managerial positions. He continued his studies with an image interpretation training program and completed his PG Diploma in Radiographic Appendicular Reporting at University of Hertfordshire.
After 18 years in the NHS Ashir took some time to travel, before working as a locum radiographer at Royal Berkshire NHS Trust and throughout London hospitals and private clinics. Having seen the demand in cross sectional imaging and the lack of competition in the private sector, he pursed his goal to setting up a new business using the modality of Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT). Ashir has extended his qualification to PgCert Imaging Interpretation Appendicular Reporting.

Specialist Oral Surgeon, Clinical Advisory Board Member
Ciro is a seasoned specialist oral surgeon with special interest in complex oral surgery procedures and oral medicine, including difficult extractions, dental implants, oral biopsies, bone augmentation procedures, and diagnosis and management of infective, premalignant and immunological oral diseases.
Ciro works at the renowned Queen Victoria Hospital as Associate Specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery and teaches at master level at the University College London and at the College of Medicine and Dentistry in Birmingham. He has published peer reviewed articles on various topics in Oral Surgery and Oral Medicine and has lectured both nationally and internationally.

Alireza (Ali) Samani
Dental Radiographer
With 15 years of practice as a dental radiographer, team leader and Deputy Superintendent at the renowned Guy’s Hospital, London - Alireza Samani brings a wide breadth of experience in the dental imaging field. Alireza’s skills in the provision of dental radiography services are highly sought after.
Ali is highly proficient with Planmeca and Morita CBCT machines and holds a BSc in Radiography from the prestigious City University of London.
Dr Lee Feinberg
Consultant Dental Radiologist
Lee is specialist in Dental and Maxillofacial Radiology and works as a Consultant Dental and Maxillofacial Radiologist at Kings College Hospital, London and at the Eastman Dental Hospital, University College London Hospitals. He is currently the Honorary Secretary of the British Society of Dental and Maxillofacial Radiology and sits on the council of the British Society of Head and Neck Imaging.
He is passionate about education and holds a formal qualification in learning and teaching in higher education. In his previous role as a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Liverpool he was responsible for undergraduate and postgraduate radiology teaching and assessment. He continues to lecture regularly to postgraduate dental professionals. He has recently also taken up an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer role at Kings College London where he will be leading the undergraduate BDS teaching in Dental Radiology.
